Manila has been on our wishlist for a few years now for an unusual reason. Each year there is an international fireworks competition held in Manila Bay and we have been invited by a friend who is personally involved in this industry. It was also the week that the world’s first Dengue vaccine was launched here in the Philippines and we had another big birthday celebration. All in all, a lot to celebrate and a wonderful place to do it!
